Jack Unruh "The Texanist" Booksigning

Jack Unruh, the legendary Dallas illustrator, created The Texanist drawings for the pages of Texas Monthly for nearly 10 years before his death in 2016.

His drawings illustrate Texans' curiosity with their state, and in their own way, have become part of the Texas fabric, the Texas mythology.

Nearly 100 of Unruh's original iconic drawings are being featured at The Red & White Gallery.

David Courtney, Texanist writer, will be on-hand to sign his book "The Texanist: Fine Advice on Living in Texas".  His book highlights 54 of Jack's drawings.
