Membership Benefits

If you would like to join the Round Top Area Chamber of Commerce, please download and fill out a copy of our Membership Application. Return your completed application, along with the appropriate dues to our office. You can pay your dues with cash, check, money order or charge.

Full Member: Full Members have voting privileges, may serve on the Board of Directors, receive the Chamber newsletter, are listed on the Chamber's Website, and are included in other promotional materials. Additionally, if you are a lodging facility, the Chamber will forward lodging requests to you on a regular basis.  Annual dues are $250.00 for Gold Level or $195.00 for Silver Level.

2013 Board of Directors

Any Chamber member with issues or concerns may contact a Board member, either verbal or written. If this contact results in further discussion with all Board members, a written statement needs to be submitted to the Board at least one week prior to the next Board meeting date. The member will be given five minutes presentation time at the beginning of the Board meeting.

Website Banner Ads

Members have the opportunity to place "banner ads" that appear at the top of the Chamber Website. Annual ad rates are $200. Monthly-level statistics are kept to show the number of times a member's ad is displayed, and the number of "click-thrus" to the member's own Website.

Technical requirements for ads are as follows:

• Acceptable file formats are GIF, JPEG or PNG
• Ads are to be 350 x 60 pixels
• No blinking or animated ads will be accepted!
• A 1-pixel black border is suggested for consistency
• The Board reserves final editorial approval on all ads
